Play’n GO To Release New Online Slot – Tower Quest
The online slots developer Play’n GO, which has its headquarters in Sweden and satellite offices in Hungary, Malta and the Philippines, has announced that they are set to release a new casino game on April 7, 2015.
The new title will be known at Tower Quest, and the theme of the game sees Play’n GO follow a recent trend in the online casino games industry which has seen developers utilising a fantasy theme, as seen in such titles as Dungeons and Dragons Crystal Caverns, Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings.

Tower Quest is the latest slots tile to roll off the Play’n GO development conveyer belt and it follows hot on the heels of the recently released Easter Eggs and Pimped titles.
The game features a 5 reel 20 payline set up with a Maximum Bet of 5 Coins, and it is furnished with a fantasy theme containing such items as dragons, potions and warrior symbols upon the reels, and a similarly appropriate soundtrack in support.
Gameplay And Special Features
Tower Quest contains all of the special features that one might expect to encounter in a modern day online slot, including a Bonus Game, Free Spins, Multipliers, Scatters and Wilds.
As the player games their way through the slot, they will amass blue and red potions which appear in the form of Free Spins Scatter symbols.
The player collects these two separate liquids while they play which are represented individually on the left and right hand of the screen, and once they have accumulated enough, they can elect to trigger either the blue or red potions and received the benefits that that action will produce.

Tower Quest contains a very nice Bonus Game feature in the form of a card game that the player must undertake against their arch nemesis, appropriately named as “The Evil Wizard”.
At the beginning of the card game the player is able to choose between a female or male warrior character to represent before they begin their dual with the Wizard.
What follows next most likely takes its cues from some of the great fantasy games that have existed over the years, like the aforementioned Dungeons and Dragons and possibly the card game Magic.
The player rolls a set of dice which enables them to choose a number of cards, which all have varying strengths, to do battle with the cards that the Evil Wizard has chosen.
A successful result in this battle will see the player of the Bonus Game/card game rewarded handsomely.
Our Opinion Of The Play’n GO Tower Quest Slot?
Our first impressions of this new slots title from Play’n GO are favourable, though we are a bit of a fun of the fantasy theme already.
That said the game does have to “work” and contain gameplay elements and features that will keep the player engaged and coming back for more.
The Tower Quest manages to achieve this through both the potion accumulation feature, and also through the Bonus Game where the player does battle with the Evil Wizard, which actually manages to add both action and suspense at the same time.
Overall, we think that Play’n GO’s new slots title Tower Quest is a winner and will most likely find favour with slots players, and in particular with fans of the fantasy theme genre.
